EUROCAE Working Groups

The primary task of Working Groups is to prepare performance specifications and similar documents that may be adopted as standards by the aviation industry. These standards are often referenced by the Aviation Authorities or International Organisations. They are most frequently Minimum Operational Performance Specifications (MOPS) or Minimum Aviation System Performance Specifications (MASPS), although User Guides and other advisory material are also developed.

The Council of EUROCAE is responsible for approving the establishment of new Working Groups (WG) and for the definition of their work programmes, taking account of submissions made by any aviation stakeholder and in particular EUROCAE members. The Council reviews and approves all documents prior to their publication.

The General Secretariat monitors the WG activities.
